Virtual Wise was born from a personal story of resilience: a bright graduate with every qualification and no door to walk through. We built the door. Today we connect ambitious young professionals in Kenya with growing businesses around the world, and the work they do lifts families, funds education and strengthens whole communities.

The talent was never the problem. Kenya produces more than 120,000 university graduates a year, and most of them enter a job market where nine in ten new jobs are informal. Remote work changes that arithmetic, one opportunity at a time.
