Accomplish three times more.
Hand the rest to your assistant.

A dedicated, university-educated assistant who takes the inbox, the calendar, the follow-ups and the paperwork off your desk. You set the rules. They run the day.

Signs you need one

You are wearing every hat. Three of them are heavy.

The same desk before and after an assistant: unread mail, missed calls and an unticked list on the left; replies sent, meetings booked, every task ticked and 15 hours freed on the right
Inbox answered to your rulesEnquiries followed up within a dayTrips and meetings bookedReports ready before you askEvery task on one listYour evenings back

If any of these sound familiar, an assistant pays for itself in the first month.

  1. 01

    No time

So much on your plate that the business stalls, and you cannot take a day off without the inbox piling up.

  2. 02

    Missed deadlines

Routine tasks slip, then the important ones do too, and you are working late to catch up.

  3. 03

    Slow replies

Clients and partners wait days for answers to the emails and calls that matter to the business.

Your first week

From handover to habit in five working days

Your part is about an hour on day one and ten minutes a day after that.

  1. Kick-off and accessDay 11

    Kick-off and access

A short call to agree priorities, then access is set up properly: shared inboxes, calendar, Slack and Drive, no passwords passed around.

  2. First tasks under wayDay 1 to 22

    First tasks under way

Inbox triage, meetings booked and the CRM brought up to date. Small, visible wins first, documented as they go.

  3. A morning updateEvery day3

    A morning update

What was done, what is next and anything that needs your call, in Slack or email, in your time zone.

  4. The weekly summaryFriday4

    The weekly summary

One page: tasks done, hours logged and what is planned for next week. You always know where your hours went.

A typical week

What a 20-hour-a-week assistant takes off your desk

A realistic picture. The mix follows your priorities: heavier on the inbox one week, on a launch the next.

  • 15 hrs
freed for you, every week, on average
  • Daily
inbox triage and calendar kept current
  • 2 to 4
meetings, trips or events arranged a week
  • Weekly
CRM updated, invoices sent and chased
  • 1 to 2
    reports, decks or documents prepared
  • Friday
    one-page summary with hours logged

At $8 to $15 an hour that is roughly $640 to $1,200 a month, with no retainer and no contract.

Questions before you delegate

What owners ask before they hand it over.

Straight answers on access, hours, cover and what dedicated really means.

Anything that needs to be done in person, and anything that needs your judgement rather than your time: signing contracts, final hiring decisions, sensitive client conversations you would rather own. Everything else that happens on a screen is on the table.

On day one we agree priorities and your assistant writes the first process notes as they learn each task. From then on you hand things over in Slack, email or a shared board, however you already work. Most clients spend about ten minutes a day on it.

Your hours, not ours. Assistants are scheduled to overlap with your working day, including US and UK time zones. You choose 10, 20 or 40 hours a week and can change it month to month.

Yes. Answering the phone, chasing invoices, confirming appointments and following up enquiries are standard. Every assistant is university-educated, fluent in English and tested for spoken communication before joining.

Through a password manager such as 1Password or Bitwarden and the team-access features of your tools, so logins are never sent in plain text. Every assistant signs an NDA before day one, and access is removed the moment an engagement ends.

One assistant, assigned to you, who learns your business and works your agreed hours. They are not rotated between clients and not shared without your say. If you need more than one skill set, we add a second specialist under the same team lead.

Your team lead arranges cover from someone briefed on your account. Because your processes are written down from week one, the work carries on.

For the everyday mix, usually yes: inbox, calendar, social posts and a newsletter sit comfortably with one person. For heavier marketing, design or bookkeeping we pair a specialist and split the hours.

A daily update and a one-page Friday summary with tasks done and hours logged. Time is tracked in a timesheet you can see at any point.

You receive two or three candidate profiles after the discovery call, interview the ones you like, and your assistant is working within 48 hours of your choice.
