Terry Njeru
I build and look after the things a small business shows the world: its website, its flyers and marketing materials, its newsletter, blog and social media. Clients keep me because the work arrives on time and looks the way they imagined it, or better.

About Terry Njeru
I studied Information Technology at Kenyatta University, graduating in 2024, and went straight into client work: eCommerce websites, WordPress development, graphic design, SEO, UX and UI design and digital marketing. The common thread is that I like making things people can see and use, and I like them to work properly.
On the web side I have designed and launched responsive eCommerce sites for retail clients, which lifted their sales by around 40 percent, and built scalable WordPress platforms for startups that improved user retention by about 25 percent. I work in WordPress and Divi, design in Figma, Adobe XD and Photoshop, and handle the domains and hosting around a site on Google Domains and AWS.
Design and marketing are the other half of my week. For Empower You Edutainment I am the primary designer of flyers and marketing materials for their programmes and events. For Nancy Waring Wellness I manage the newsletter, the blog, website updates and social media, and turn up to a weekly Zoom prepared. For In Concert, an international music nonprofit, I do research and data work across programmes, partners and funders, plus the admin and reporting around it.
What clients say about me is consistent: reliable, takes instruction well, delivers quality work on time, open to feedback. I would add that I learn new tools quickly and that I communicate before a deadline, not after it. If you need someone who can own your website, your visual materials and your content calendar together, that is the job I do.

Everything Terry can take off your plate
The full portfolio, one capability at a time, with the tools Terry uses for each.
1eCommerce website design and build
I design and launch responsive eCommerce websites in WordPress and Divi, from the product pages to checkout. The retail sites I have built lifted sales by around 40 percent, because they are quick, clear and easy to buy from on a phone.
2WordPress development and hosting
I build scalable WordPress platforms for startups and keep them running: themes, plugins, updates and backups. I handle domains on Google Domains and hosting on AWS, so a client has one person to ask about the whole stack.
3UX and UI design
I design screens and flows in Figma and Adobe XD before anything is built, so the client can react to a picture rather than a finished site. On the WordPress platforms I built for startups this is what improved user retention by about 25 percent.
4Graphic design for programmes and campaigns
I am the primary designer of flyers and marketing materials for Empower You Edutainment, producing work that reflects both the brief and the spirit of their events. I design in Photoshop, Figma and Adobe XD and take feedback well, so revisions are quick.
5Newsletter and blog management
For Nancy Waring Wellness I manage the newsletter and the blog end to end: planning, writing, formatting, scheduling and sending. The client sees a draft before it goes out and a calendar of what is coming.
6Social media management
I plan, design and publish social media posts that match the brand and keep a steady rhythm, and I report back on what is working. For coaching and wellness clients this runs alongside the newsletter so the two reinforce each other.
7SEO and digital marketing
I take care of on-page SEO, site speed and the content updates that keep a site visible after launch, and I set up funnels and campaigns in GoHighLevel. The aim is simple: a site that is found, and visitors who do something when they arrive.
8Research, data and admin support
For In Concert, an international music nonprofit, I do research and data work across programmes, partners and funders, with the admin and reporting that go with it. The founder's review says it plainly: takes instruction well, delivers on time, one she can count on.
