About Geoffrey Ndung'u
I am a virtual assistant based in Nairobi, with a background in Business Information Technology from KCA University. My work sits between marketing support, web updates, CRM management and creative production, so I am often the person keeping the campaign assets, forms, follow-ups and content calendar moving together.
I have supported businesses across e-commerce, healthcare, SaaS and tech, real estate and education. The tools I use most include Wix, WordPress, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Mailchimp, Zoho CRM, ZoomInfo, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Shopify and Google Workspace.
A typical week can include building a landing page, wiring its form into GoHighLevel or Zoho, preparing graphics in Canva, editing short-form video in CapCut or Premiere Pro, and keeping a Google Sheet updated with campaign or lead data. I like practical systems: clean records, clear naming, up-to-date pipelines and follow-ups that are easy to check.
I have worked with Alan Newland of newteacherstalk for about six months, almost daily. That began with internet research for fresh contacts and a refresh of his contacts database, then around 30 videos edited for his website, then a month-long social media campaign across several of his platforms.

Core specialties

Campaign landing pages
You get landing pages built or updated in Wix, WordPress or ClickFunnels, with forms connected to your CRM. Each page is set up so enquiries are captured clearly and can be followed up without manual chasing.

CRM and pipeline support
Your contact records, stages, tags and follow-up sequences stay organised in GoHighLevel or Zoho CRM. Leads are easier to track, and the team can see what needs attention next.

Email marketing setup
You get email campaigns and basic automations prepared in tools such as Mailchimp and GoHighLevel. Lists, forms and messages are kept tidy so campaigns can run with fewer gaps.

Website content support
Your Wix, WordPress or Shopify site can stay current with page edits, product or content updates, and basic checks for layout and usability. The work is handled carefully so small changes do not create avoidable issues.

Social content production
You get social graphics, short-form video edits and scheduled posts prepared for your channels. Content can be planned in a calendar, produced in Canva, CapCut or Adobe tools, and published through the right accounts.

Prospect list building
You get targeted prospect lists researched with tools such as ZoomInfo and organised for outreach. The lists can then support email, CRM or funnel activity without mixing cold contacts into the wrong place.
Everything Geoffrey can take off your plate
The full portfolio, one capability at a time, with the tools Geoffrey uses for each.
1Landing pages and funnel setup
I build and update landing pages in Wix, WordPress and ClickFunnels, then connect the forms to the right follow-up system. I focus on the practical details: clear sections, working buttons, clean form fields and a path from enquiry to CRM record. Where needed, I support the funnel with email steps in GoHighLevel or Mailchimp.
2CRM management and follow-up
I keep CRM records, pipelines and follow-up sequences organised in GoHighLevel and Zoho CRM. I check that contacts are in the right stage, fields are filled consistently, and leads are not left without a next action. I also help teams keep their outreach lists and CRM data separate where that makes reporting cleaner.
3Website support and content updates
I support websites on Wix, WordPress and Shopify, especially for teams that need reliable updates without hiring a full web team. I can update pages, adjust layouts, add campaign content, maintain product or service information, and check that the site still reads clearly after changes. I also pay attention to speed, content structure and basic SEO hygiene.
4Graphic design for marketing
I create social graphics, brand assets and marketing collateral using Canva and Adobe Photoshop. I work from existing brand direction where it is available, and I keep files organised so designs can be reused or adapted later. My aim is to make day-to-day campaign design consistent and usable across channels.
5Video editing and short-form content
I edit short-form video for social channels using CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro. For Alan Newland at newteacherstalk, I edited around 30 videos for his website and ran a month-long campaign across several of his social platforms. I can cut clips, add text, prepare simple formats for publishing, and keep assets labelled for future use.
6Social media management
I help plan, schedule and publish content calendars for social media. I prepare post copy, graphics and video assets, then organise the calendar so posting is easier to review and maintain. I have worked with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn for publishing and campaign support.
7Lead generation and list building
I research prospects and build targeted lists using ZoomInfo and supporting checks in Google Sheets. I organise the list fields so they are useful for outreach, not just a collection of names. When the list is ready, I can help move it into the CRM or campaign tool for follow-up.
8Google Workspace operations
I use Google Workspace daily to keep files, calendars, documents and data organised. I work especially well in Google Sheets for campaign tracking, lists and operational records. I also use Docs, Drive, Gmail and Calendar to keep communication and handovers clear.

In his own words
Alan Newland recorded this after working with Geoffrey. The written version sits beside it, in full.
I have worked with virtual assistants before, often through agencies like Fiverr and from places like Brazil, Kenya and Bangladesh, but it has not worked out well. However, I have worked with Geoffrey Ndungu for about six months now, on almost a daily basis, and his work has been of a very high quality. I initially asked him to do internet searches for fresh contacts and refresh a contacts database, which was done to a standard that surprised me. Then I had him edit videos for me that are hosted on my website. He completed about 30 videos to a very high standard, and I was very pleased. Finally, he conducted a month-long social media campaign for me across a variety of my social media platforms using web tools that enabled maximum efficiency. I was very pleased. All done with a reasonable level of cost. However, the most reassuring thing about working with Geoffrey is not just his technical competence but his excellent communication skills. His spoken and especially written English is excellent. I can recommend Geoffrey for a variety of virtual assistant skills without reservation and will be using him again myself.
